Cybet Provably Fair System

Our provably fair system lets players check each game outcome on their own. Unlike traditional casinos that rely on trust or certification, Cybet uses cryptography so the player can verify results themselves in real time.

How Does It Work?

Every round at Cybet involves three secret values:

  • Player Seed: generated by the player;
  • Server Seed: created by the system and hashed before the game;
  • Nonce: a counter that increases with each bet.

When the game starts, the hashed server seed is shared. After the round ends, the server seed is revealed. Players can then hash it themselves and confirm it matches the original hash. If it matches, the outcome was fair and unaltered.

Why It Makes a Difference

Provably fair systems bring three key benefits:

  • Trust through transparency. Every result can be verified, not just taken on faith;
  • No hidden manipulation. Outcomes are set before bets and can’t be changed afterward;
  • Player control. Using a player seed gives users an active role in fairness, instead of passive trust.

What Kind of Games Use It?

Cryptographic fairness is common in simpler games such as dice, card games, and crash titles. These games lend themselves well to hashing and verifiable outcomes. Slots and complex table games may still use provable fairness too, but need more adaptation.

How to Verify a Game on Cybet?

After a game finishes, Cybet provides the server seed, along with your client (player) seed and the nonce used. Simply plug those into a hash tool or use our built-in verifier. If the hash matches the one shown before the game, you can see the round was fair.
